Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns must be in new/unworn condition.
Shipping Charges are not refundable (unless the return is a result of our error)
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus. This fee is based on the original purchase price of the item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
If the item you receive is defective, the wrong size due to an oversight on our part, the wrong item, or contains an error (incorrect embroidery/ ID tag information) we will replace your item at no charge to you. If this is the case, please send a picture of the error along with an email detailing the mistake.
We guarantee the construction and the hardware of our products. In the event that you experience a rare defect in construction or hardware, we will happily replace your item free of charge. Normal wear and tear does not constitute a defect and will not qualify for a return or exchange. In the case you experience a defect, please send a picture of the item along with an email detailing problem.
Each and every item on our web site is hand made in-house to your specifications. We work very hard to ensure we produce quality products exactly as ordered. We greatly appreciate our customers taking the time to measure their pets correctly and communicate preferences when ordering. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase and we hope to minimize the need for exchanges.
Non-returnable items include embroidered items, Pet Id Tags, Prong Collar Covers, and items made to custom size per customer request.
